We ship to customers throughout the United States and offer free shipping on every order. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, followed by 4 to 6 business days in transit, bringing total estimated delivery to roughly 5 to 8 business days. We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and every shipment includes tracking.

Section 7 – Billing and Payment

We reserve the right to decline any order placed through our site. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Venmo, billed in US dollars with no hidden charges.

Section 8 – Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, though return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
